Who Can Qualify?

With Flash Mobile, your qualification for the ACP will be determined during the enrollment.

Federal Assistance Programs

To be eligible, a member of the household must qualify for one of the following:

– Medicaid
– SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) benefits
– SSI (Supplemental Security Income)
– Section 8 Federal Public Housing Authority (FPHA) support
– Veterans and Survivor’s Pension benefit
– Receives benefits under the free and reduced-price school lunch program or the school breakfast program, including through the USDA Community Eligibility Provision, or did so in the 2019-2020 school year
– Received a Federal Pell Grant during the current award year

Qualify Through Your Child or Dependent

Any member of your household can make your household eligible if they participate in one of the programs above. For example, if your child or dependent participates in the Free and Reduced-Price School Lunch Program or is enrolled in a USDA Community Eligibility Provision school, your household qualifies for the ACP benefit.

Based on Your Income

You are eligible for the ACP if your income is 200% or less than the Federal Poverty Guidelines. The guideline is based on your household size and state.

Tribal Assistance Programs

Households who qualify for the ACP and are located on qualifying Tribal lands can receive up to a $75/month discount on a data plan. Learn more about the Tribal Benefit.
